S.J.Res. 138 — A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed foreign military sale to the Government of Israel of certain defense articles and services.

This section prohibits the proposed foreign military sale to Israel notified to Congress under section 36(b)(1) of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2776(b)(1)) in Transmittal No. 26-32 and published in the Congressional Record on March 12, 2026. The prohibited sale includes 12,000 BLU-110A/B general purpose 1,000-pound bomb bodies (major defense equipment), along with U.S. government and contractor engineering, logistics, and technical support services and other related elements of logistics and program support (non-major defense equipment).
