S.J.Res. 23 — A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed license amendment for the export to Israel of certain defense articles and services.

This section prohibits issuance of a license amendment under section 36(c) of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2776(c)) to authorize export to the Israeli Ministry of Defense of 15,500 additional Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) tail kits and 615 Small Diameter Bomb (SDB) Increment I variants, as proposed in Transmittal No. DDTC 24–052 notified to Congress on February 10, 2025.
