S.J.Res. 5 — A joint resolution directing the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities in Ukraine that have not been authorized by Congress.

This section directs the President to remove United States Armed Forces from hostilities in or affecting Ukraine by not later than 30 days after the date of the adoption of this joint resolution—pursuant to expedited congressional procedures under 50 U.S.C. 1546a—unless the President requests and Congress authorizes a later date or Congress enacts a declaration of war or specific statutory authorization for such use of forces.
