S.J.Res. 52 — A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed foreign military sale to the Government of the United Arab Emirates of certain defense articles and services.

This section approves a Foreign Military Sale to the United Arab Emirates of defense articles and services described in Transmittal No. 24-0Q (published in the Congressional Record on May 13, 2025), including an extension of Foreign Military Sales Order (FMSO) II under a Cooperative Logistics Supply Support Agreement (CLSSA) for common spare and repair parts, additional support, and related logistics and program support for AH-64 Apache, UH-60 Black Hawk, and CH-47 Chinook aircraft.
