S.J.Res. 77 — A joint resolution terminating the national emergency declared to impose duties on articles imported from Canada.

This section terminates the national emergency declared by the President on February 1, 2025, in Executive Order 14193 pursuant to section 202 of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622). (Thus, any powers or authorities exercised by reason of said emergency cease to be exercised after the date of enactment, except that such termination does not affect any pending action or proceeding, any action based on prior acts, or any matured rights or incurred penalties.)
