S.Res. 144 — A resolution recognizing the heritage, culture, and contributions of Latinas in the United States.

This section expresses the sense of the Senate that (1) it celebrates and honors the successes of Latinas and their contributions to the United States; and (2) it recognizes changes still needed to ensure Latinas realize their full potential as equal members of society.
