This section expresses the sense of the Senate that (1) Iranian political refugees in Ashraf-3 must be afforded rights to freedom of expression, assembly, and legal political activities in Albania; (2) the U.S. government condemns the Iranian regime's threats and actions against Albania and Ashraf-3 dissidents, including cyberattacks; (3) the U.S. government should assist Albania under specified international agreements to protect Ashraf-3 residents' rights to life, liberty, security, property, expression, and assembly; (4) the U.S. government opposes Iran's misuse of INTERPOL Red Notices against dissidents; and (5) the U.S. government must cooperate with Albania and Ashraf-3 residents to ensure their protection and rights.
