This section recognizes Clela Rorex for her contributions as a pioneer for civil rights and same-sex marriage, her respect and bravery in issuing the first same-sex marriage license in the United States, and her courage in the face of threats after issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples; and designates March 26, 2025, as Clela Rorex Day.
