S.Res. 174 — A resolution commemorating the 30th anniversary of the attack on the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building.

This section expresses the Senate's condolences for the 168 people killed in the 1995 terrorist bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City; recognizes the courage and selflessness of first responders, volunteers, and others who aided the community (i.e., the "Oklahoma Standard"); thanks those involved in the recovery efforts; supports the mission of the Oklahoma City National Memorial; encourages Americans to embody values of resilience, unity, and compassion; and directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit an enrolled copy of the resolution to the Oklahoma City National Memorial Foundation.
