S.Res. 200 — A resolution expressing support for the designation of May 5, 2025, as the "National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls".

This section expresses the sense of the Senate (1) supporting designation of May 5, 2025, as the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls; (2) calling on the public and interested groups to commemorate the lives of missing and murdered American Indian, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian women and to demonstrate solidarity with victims' families; (3) recommending that the Department of Justice’s National Institute of Justice commission a new study on missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls to update statistics (nine years after its 2016 study); and (4) recognizing the need for further action to address the crisis.
