S.Res. 210 — A resolution honoring and commending the 80th anniversary of the Blinded Veterans Association.

This section expresses the sense of the Senate honoring the Blinded Veterans Association for its 80 years of service, advocacy, and support for blind and low-vision veterans. The section (1) commends the association's successes in improving veterans' lives; (2) urges the Department of Veterans Affairs to guarantee safe access for guide dogs and guide dog users at VA facilities and to ensure each VA medical center has a trained Service Dog Champion on site; (3) recognizes the association's charitable, educational, patriotic, and civic work; (4) wishes the association continued success in fulfilling its motto of blinded veterans helping blinded veterans; and (5) reaffirms the Senate's commitment to supporting services and opportunities for all veterans, including those with disabilities.
