S.Res. 22 — A resolution concerning the National Collegiate Athletic Association policy for eligibility in women's sports.

This section states the sense of the Senate calling on the NCAA (1) to revoke its transgender student-athlete eligibility policy; (2) to protect the integrity of women's sports by immediately forbidding transgender-identifying males from competing on women's rosters or in competitions; (3) to require member conferences to conform to biological sex-based policies across all sports and divisions; and (4) on all U.S. sports-governing bodies to protect women's sports for biological women and girls.
