This section expresses the sense of the Senate that (1) the U.S. Air Force's Strategic Basing Action process complied with law and policy in identifying Huntsville, Alabama, as the preferred permanent location for U.S. Space Command headquarters; (2) President Trump's first administration completed a robust Strategic Basing Action focused on national security, fiscal responsibility, and service member well-being; (3) President Biden's administration disregarded those findings by basing the headquarters at the fifth-best location; and (4) President Trump's incoming administration should halt that decision and establish the permanent headquarters at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.
