This section states the sense of the Senate that (1) it supports the designation of May 2025 as National Beef Month; and (2) it recognizes that cattle production has historically contributed about 17% of the $520 billion in total cash receipts for agricultural commodities, that the United States is the world's largest consumer of beef (primarily high-value, grain-fed beef), and that beef is an excellent source of nutritious protein.
