This section resolves that the Senate (1) condemns the financial entanglements of World Liberty Financial, Inc., with President Donald J. Trump, the Trump family, and the Trump Administration for potentially enabling violations of government ethics requirements, facilitating investments from foreign governments and financial transactions with foreign nationals under federal prosecution, and posing conflicts of interest; (2) affirms that the agreement between MGX Fund Management Limited and World Liberty Financial, Inc., violates the Foreign Emoluments Clause of the Constitution because President Trump did not seek congressional consent; and (3) demands transfer of any proceeds from such agreement received by President Trump to the United States government.
