S.Res. 285 — A resolution designating July 16, 2025, as "Glioblastoma Awareness Day".

This section designates July 16, 2025, as Glioblastoma Awareness Day and (1) encourages public awareness of glioblastoma; (2) honors individuals who have died from or are living with the disease; (3) supports development of better treatments to improve prognosis and quality of life; (4) recognizes the importance of molecular biomarker testing for diagnosis and treatment; (5) expresses support for brain tumor patients, families, friends, and caregivers; (6) urges collaborative brain tumor research among governmental, private, and nonprofit organizations; and (7) encourages investments in glioblastoma research and treatments, including through the Glioblastoma Therapeutics Network and other brain tumor research resources.
