S.Res. 30 — A resolution honoring Mississippi's Gestational Age Act.

This section states the sense of the Senate (1) expressing profound gratitude to Mississippi State Representative Becky Currie for introducing the catalyst that led to the overturning of Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973), and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, 503 U.S. 833 (1992); and (2) honoring states that have enacted laws aimed at valuing and protecting the inherent dignity of every mother and unborn child.
