This section directs the Committee on Rules and Administration to prepare and print a revised edition of the Senate Manual for the 119th Congress as a Senate document, with 1,200 additional copies printed and bound for the use of the Senate as directed by the committee. (The Senate Manual compiles the Senate's standing rules, orders, laws, and statutes relating to Senate operations.)
