This section designates the majority party's membership, including chairs, on eight Senate committees for the 119th Congress (or until their successors are chosen): (1) Environment and Public Works (Chair: Mrs. Capito); (2) Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (Chair: Mr. Cassidy); (3) Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs (Chair: Mr. Paul); (4) the Judiciary (Chair: Mr. Grassley); (5) Select Committee on Intelligence (Chair: Mr. Cotton); (6) Special Committee on Aging (Chair: Mr. Scott of Florida); (7) Joint Economic Committee (Chair: Mr. Schmitt); and (8) Small Business and Entrepreneurship (Chair: Ms. Ernst).
