S.Res. 395 — A resolution recognizing and supporting the goals and ideals of National Forensic Science Week.

This section expresses the sense of the Senate supporting the goals and ideals of National Forensic Science Week and recognizing the opportunities it provides during the week of September 14, 2025, through September 20, 2025, for (1) forensic science service providers to acknowledge contributions, host community events and tours for policymakers, and engage media; (2) local policymakers to commend laboratories, proclaim the week, visit labs, and discuss needs; (3) individuals and media to attend events, take tours, and learn about lab needs; (4) media to highlight local lab stories; and (5) public safety, law enforcement, and court officers to attend events, tour labs, discuss needs, and improve collaboration.
