This section expresses the sense of the Senate that (1) October 14, 2025, be designated as the National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk; (2) Charlie Kirk be recognized for his contributions to civic education and public service; and (3) educational institutions, civic organizations, and citizens observe the day with programs, activities, prayers, and ceremonies promoting civic engagement and the principles of faith, liberty, and democracy.
