S.Res. 405 — A resolution expressing support for the recognition of September 22, 2025, to September 28, 2025, as "Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions Week".

This section declares the sense of the Senate that (1) Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-serving institutions (AANAPISIs) have achieved their goals of providing quality educational opportunities to Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, and other students; (2) eligible institutions of higher education should seek funding and establish programs to serve the unique needs of these students, families, and communities; (3) the 18th anniversary of the AANAPISI Program merits recognition and support for designating Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions Week; and (4) the people of the United States, including Pacific territories, and interested groups should observe the week with appropriate activities, ceremonies, and programs.
