S.Res. 406 — A resolution designating September 30, 2025, as "Impact Aid Recognition Day" to recognize and celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the Impact Aid program.

This section directs the Senate to (1) designate September 30, 2025, as Impact Aid Recognition Day to recognize the 75th anniversary of the Impact Aid program under title VII of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (i.e., financial assistance to school districts for lost local tax revenue due to federal lands, military installations, or related students); and (2) recognize the program's objective of ensuring high-quality education for children in federally impacted school districts.
