This section designates the week of September 21 through September 27, 2025, as Gold Star Families Remembrance Week; honors the sacrifices made by (1) families of Armed Forces members who died defending U.S. freedom and security and (2) families of Armed Forces veterans; and encourages the U.S. people to observe the week by performing acts of community service and celebrating such families.
