This section expresses the sense of the Senate (1) supporting the designation of October 5 through October 11, 2025, as National 4-H Week; (2) recognizing the role of 4-H as the youth development program of the Cooperative Extension System and the Department of Agriculture; (3) encouraging citizens to recognize 4-H's impact in empowering youth with lifelong leadership skills; and (4) celebrating 4-H's work in developing engaged, healthy, and productive citizens.
