This section states the sense of the Senate that (1) it condemns Hamas for its premeditated, coordinated, and violent terrorist attacks on Israel; (2) it condemns antisemitic attacks on Sarah Milgrim, Yaron Lischinsky, Karen Diamond, and the family of Governor Josh Shapiro, and all acts of antisemitism; (3) it reaffirms the commitment to protecting the rights of all people in the United States to assemble peacefully and practice their faith without fear of violence; (4) it condemns hateful language making general claims about all Jewish people, associating Jewish Americans and Jewish people worldwide with Israeli government actions, or accusing Jewish people categorically of being hateful or harboring genocidal intent; and (5) it urges elected officials, community leaders, and civil society to speak out against antisemitism.
