S.Res. 530 — A resolution condemning the pardon of ex-Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez.

This section states the sense of the Senate that (1) it commends federal investigators, prosecutors, and other U.S. law enforcement and judicial personnel for their efforts in investigating, apprehending, and prosecuting former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández; (2) it commends the New York jury for finding Hernández guilty beyond a reasonable doubt; and (3) it condemns the pardon of Hernández.
