This section expresses the sense of the Senate honoring the Ohio Air National Guard airmen from the 121st Air Refueling Wing killed in a Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker crash in Iraq during Operation Epic Fury by (1) honoring their lives, service, and sacrifice; (2) expressing condolences to their families, friends, and fellow servicemembers; (3) recognizing the critical role of the 121st Air Refueling Wing and all Air Force tanker crews in mid-air refueling missions; and (4) affirming that the people of the United States will always remember these airmen and remain grateful for their sacrifice.
