S.Res. 668 — A resolution designating April 2026 as "Second Chance Month".

This section designates April 2026 as “Second Chance Month”; honors the work of communities, governmental institutions, nonprofit organizations, congregations, employers, and individuals to remove unnecessary legal and societal barriers for individuals with criminal records; and calls upon the people of the United States to observe the month through actions and programs that (1) promote awareness of those barriers and (2) provide closure for individuals with criminal records who have paid their debt.
