S.Res. 671 — A resolution prohibiting the use of funds for official travel by Senators during Government shutdowns.

This section prohibits the obligation or expenditure of funds from the Senators’ Official Personnel and Office Expense Account to directly pay for or reimburse a Senator for the cost of the Senator’s official travel during a lapse in appropriations for one or more federal agencies (i.e., government shutdown).
