S.Res. 678 — A resolution prohibiting the use of funds for travel by Senators to or from their residence during Government shutdowns.

This section prohibits the obligation or expenditure of amounts from the Senators’ Official Personnel and Office Expense Account to directly pay for or reimburse a Senator’s travel between the seat of government and the Senator’s primary residence during a lapse in appropriations for one or more federal agencies.
