To amend the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946 to tie the salaries of Members of Congress to the salaries of the judiciary.

27th Amendment Enforcement Act

To establish an allowance to provide a housing stipend for Members of the House of Representatives.

Providing for the printing of a revised edition of the Rules and Manual of the House of Representatives for the One Hundred Eighteenth Congress.

Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to prohibit in any bill, joint resolution, or conference report appropriating funds for relief and emergency assistance in response to major disasters the inclusion of any provision which appropriates or otherwise makes available funds for any other purpose.

Authorizing the use of the rotunda of the Capitol for a ceremony to present Congressional Gold Medals to the United States Capitol Police and others who protected the Capitol on January 6, 2021.

Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 3372) to authorize implementation grants to community-based nonprofits to operate one-stop reentry centers; providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 6878) to address the health needs of incarcerated women related to pregnancy and childbirth,and for other purposes; providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 8876) to reauthorize the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting program, and for other purposes; providing for consideration of the joint resolution (H.J. Res. 100) to provide for a resolution with respect to the unresolved disputes between certain railroads represented by the National Carriers' Conference Committee of the National Railway Labor Conference and certain of their employees; and for other purposes.

Designating the caucus room in the Cannon House Office Building as the "Speaker Nancy Pelosi Caucus Room".

Expressing the profound sorrow of the House of Representatives on the death of the Honorable A. Donald McEachin.

Permitting official photographs of the House of Representatives to be taken while the House is in actual session on a date designated by the Speaker.

Congressional Evidence-Based Policymaking Resolution

To direct the Librarian of Congress to obtain a stained glass panel depicting the seal of the District of Columbia and install the panel among the stained glass panels depicting the seals of States, which overlook the Main Reading Room of the Library of Congress Thomas Jefferson Building.

Members of Congress Pension Opt Out Clarification Act

A resolution permitting the collection of clothing, toys, food, and housewares during the holiday season for charitable purposes in Senate buildings.

Electing a certain Member to a certain standing committee of the House of Representatives.

A resolution adjusting the special reserve percentage available to committees of the Senate.

Clarifying the application of rule XXI of the Rules of the House of Representatives to certain retrenchments of expenditures in appropriations measures, and for other purposes.

Providing for consideration of the bill (S. 4524) to limit the judicial enforceability of predispute nondisclosure and nondisparagement contract clauses relating to disputes involving sexual assault and sexual harassment; and for other purposes.
