On Agreeing to the Resolution: H RES 712 Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 4365) Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2024; providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 1130) Unlocking our Domestic LNG Potential Act; and providing for consideration of the resolution (H.Res. 684)

This resolution sets forth the rule for consideration of H.R. 4365 (Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2024, which provides FY2024 appropriations to the Department of Defense for military activities), H.R. 1130 (Unlocking our Domestic LNG Potential Act of 2023, which repeals certain restrictions on the import and export of natural gas under the Natural Gas Act, including restrictions related to free trade agreements), and H. Res. 684 (which condemns certain actions taken by the governor of New Mexico to restrict firearms).
